Your new Murakami Strong roof is covered by two warranties that separately cover workmanship and materials.

Murakami Roofing LLC • Workmanship Warranty

Murakami Roofing will repair any leaks related to the installation of the roof for a period of 5 years beginning on the day of completion of the original roof installation.

Roof Materials • Manufacturer Warranty

Most manufacturers offer a limited lifetime warranty, however the specific length of the warranty will vary depending on the type of roof material selected. Your Murakami Roofing professional will specify the manufacturer’s warranty on your written estimate. Be advised, the durability estimates are based on mainland weather, and not based on Hawaii’s heat and humidity, which may shorten the life of the shingle.
